 Tournament is limited to first 50 Teams with a minimum of sixteen teams in each division for full prizes.

- If less teams 1^st Place prizes will be prorated.

 Sanction:

USSSA Black American Mens (Rec), Men's Open Division, Womens (Rec)

                65 min game time limit, except Semifinals and Championship.

                 Run Rule: (25 after 3, 20 after 4, 12 after 5.)

 - USSSA bat code will be in effect.
